These clogs are extremely comfortable and have a good arch support. I usually take a 5.5. I bought size 6. They fit perfectly the first time I put them on. They have a soft but firm and comfortable removable inner liner, which does not move around when you walk. I only wear them in and around the house in the fall and winter because they can make your feet sweat. Wearing them with socks is highly recommended. The back strap fits perfectly to give my feet more stability. I wouldn't recommend wearing them on a long walk outside because they don't seem like long distance walking shoes. Definitely not running or jogging shoes. These shoes are made for comfort and are best worn in and around the house or place of business. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
