5 stars. This pair is unbelievable. It really does cover your heels and over all protect your feet from spills esp urine. But I usually wear 10 mostly 9 1/2 but I decided to order a 10. Biggest mistake it's waaaayyyy to big. But I really do love the feel it's not totally soft inside but I always use air foam insoles when I work. I would most definitely buy another pair but I'll down size this time think a 9 would do me goodUpdate I bought a 9 years after and it’s a perfect fit love it love it love it
