Within minutes - like actually 10 minutes - I got a response from a representative there and they wanted to confirm the size I needed and they shipped them the next morning.They wanted me to donate the smaller size rather than send them back, which absolutely warmed my heart. They're not flopping off his feet so he can still wear them. They look exactly like the pictures and he loves them. Therefore, I'm satisfied.So many times you get what you pay for.
