This is the first time I’ve bought this brand clog, I normally stick with Sanita and Dansko…but who can resist copper colored shoes?? They are beyond fun. Don’t expect the same arch support: I’m planning on adding an insert. Happily they are generously cut so there’s room. Another drawback is the finish—I don’t think it will hold up particularly well. I have repaired my old silver pair with another product from Amazon: Rub ‘n Buff. It’s a toothpaste-like pigment that you apply by fingertip. I do love the fashion flair of copper clogs, they are fabulous with black.This pair fit as expected but I didn’t like the color. The other pairs I bought were too small and too large even though they were the same sizeThis item runs small. It is too tight for me unlike other European shoes of similar sizeI've only worn them 3 times and the outer shell is crackingNot as comfortable as Danskos. Rubbing blister on top of foot and side of foot. I work as a chef and my feet are a top priority. Have worn Danskos for years. The Bjork does not live up to those standards.I use them every day at work and occasionally wipe them down with a humid cloth. After just 8 months, the toe area has cracked and peeled. Otherwise, great shoe but not for the long run.These shoes fit well and are very comfortable. I have worn them about 10 times now. The red leather coating is beginning to flake off and has multiple cracks in the leather. Also, we're very hard to get on due to the inflexibility of the opening.At first glance, I was afraid they were too narrow. I wear a 8.5 and ordered a size up (9-9.5) and thankfully, they fit perfectly- even a touch loose, which I’m ok with. I’d much rather have some room for my feet to breathe. I’m not sure they’ll have the arch support I need, but just wearing them at home, they are comfortable. I have worn Danskos for years, but didn’t want to spend that much.My most recent Shoe purchase was some Crocs clogs which had some nice cushion inside, but they’re very noisy and my feet sweat too much in them. I may add insoles to these though. I put a lot of impact in my heels when I step and there’s no cushion to the step.Some others had mentioned that the material was stiff, and yes, it is but not more than Danskos or other clogs. I think as long as you size up, you should be comfortable.The color is pretty. It’s not as bright as I hoped, but they’re still cute.I don’t work until Monday so I don’t know how comfy they are at work, but I’ll update with a report.All-in-all, I’m happyThank goodness I like these clogs and they fit. For years I tried to replace my long loved red patent leather Dansko clogs. Dansko no longer made that color. Until discovering these Bjork Pro ELSA red patent leather clogs, I was without my signature shoes. I am relieved that this brand fits because there were absolutely no return instructions, labels or anything to support obtaining a refund for goods returned if these shoes did not fit. So while the quality and product met my expectations----the peace-of-mind of a sound return and refund policy was completely lacking. That in of itself makes me wary of ordering from this company again.I am very pleased with the quality of the shoes - they came as illustrated.its not what i expected
